DMR is certified after ISO 14001:2015 and in this regard a yearly environmental accounting is made. The environmental accounting is used to determine future areas of focus via defined goals/KPI. This ensures that DMR’s environmental impact per employee can be continuously optimized.
DMR’s direct environmental impact is through utilization of electricity, heat and paper for the office buildings, fuel for cars for transport to customers and projects. Indirectly, DMR’s consultancy also impacts the environment via e.g., relocation of soil, environmental remediation of buildings and building plots, and foundation of buildings. DMR’s consultancy in these areas can, and among these also mapping of resources, can also contribute to a decreased environmental impact.
Decrease of our environmental impact also supports DMR’s overall strategy and supports the UN’s 17 world goals for sustainable development and our ISO 14001:2015 certification supports e.g., world goal 6 (pure water and sanitation) and 13 (Climate action).
